01 - EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR
Reporting to Promise Tangeman-Wurzell, the CEO and Creative Director of Go Live, the Executive Administrator is responsible for providing administrative services and management to Promise and the Go Live team. The position serves as a first point of contact for Go Liveβs customers and clients including incoming inquiries, day to day correspondence amongst the team and other various organizations. This role requires exceptional communication, strong organizational skills, leadership, and top notch customer service skills in a small but fast paced environment.
02 - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/OPPERATIONS MANAGER
Reporting to Promise Tangeman-Wurzell (the CEO & Creative Director of Go Live), the Business Development/Operations Manager will assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The position contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. With day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, legal, property management, deal analysis, negotiations, developing and managing partner relationships, data entry, accounts payable, payroll, managing the organizations HR and creating organizational and program budgets.
03 - GRAPHIC & WEB DESIGNER
Reporting to Promise Tangeman-Wurzell (CEO & Creative Director) and the Executive Administrator, the Graphic Designer is responsible for creating original graphic designs for Go Live and their clients. This position includes day to day correspondence with the team to create helpful blog posts, social media graphics, custom visual identities, custom websites, website themes and other various creative tasks that may be assigned.
